1.Peel taro for use.
2. Add oil into pot, heat, and frytaro in pot with medium heat until taro appearance becomes golden yellow.
3.Fish out, drain oil, put taro in plate, keep a little oil in pot, heat,and put in soft sugar.
4. Decoct sugar with slow fire till all sugar melt and start bubbling, addhalf a teaspoon of vinegar, decoct, and turn off the fire till color turns redfrom yellow.
5. Put above fried taro into pot, mix evenly with syrup, and then dish up.
